This beautiful guitar was brought in by a local St. Louis gentleman who originally purchased it in the mid-1980s. It is a single-owner instrument that has been well cared for.

The neck and frets are in great shape, with no bellying and no humidity-related issues.

There are some minor scuffs and dings, but nothing you wouldn’t expect to find on a guitar that is over 40 years old.

There is a small hairline crack between the bridge pins. This is the only noteworthy issue and appears to have been present for quite some time.

While the case is not Alvarez-branded, it is period-correct and was very likely the original case included when the guitar was purchased.
