Cancellation Policy Reminder

We're sorry to see you go! Before you submit your cancellation request, please take a moment to review our lesson cancellation policies

  1. Billing Cycle: Lessons are billed monthly, and we do not offer refunds or partial credits for cancellations that occur in the middle of a billing cycle.
  2. Cancellation Timing: To avoid charges for the upcoming month, cancellations must be submitted before your card is charged for the new billing cycle.
  3. Post-Charge: If your card has already been charged, you are welcome to complete the remainder of the current month's lessons. Please note, dropping lessons partway through the month does not qualify for a partial refund.
