Instrument Repairs

For current rentals with our maintenance coverage, you'll receive free repairs for both normal wear and tear and any accidental damage encountered during your musical journey. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of free exchanges, ensuring you're never without your instrument in class. Trust us to keep your musical experience seamless and worry-free.
Rental Returns
Returning your instrument is simple and hassle-free with Ernie Williamson Music. With no long-term commitment in our contracts, you can return your student's instrument at any time they no longer need it. To initiate a return, you can bring the instrument to any Ernie Williamson or notify us on the form on this page and leave the instrument with your student's music teacher for pickup by one of our Educational Service Reps. If it's the end of the school year, make sure to inform us before the last day of school, as we are unable to retrieve instruments once the school is closed. Any instruments left at the school without contact will still be considered under contract, and billing will apply accordingly. Trust us for a seamless return process that prioritizes your convenience and satisfaction.
