Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, most items may be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund*.

Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. B-Stock & Used items will generally show signs of wear but are fully functional and ready to play.

In the event a return needs to be arranged, please include all the original as shipped packaging that arrived with your order, or a Restocking Fee* may be issued. Otherwise you will receive a full refund less any original shipping charges.

We will inspect every guitar using our 15 point inspection while in stock, but with differences in temperature and humidity that happens during transport, please understand that minor adjustments may need to be made upon unboxing to suit your playing style. All of our items for sale online are also available for sale in our showroom on site. It is possible an item may sell at our store within the same day, hours, or even minutes of also being sold online. If this happens, we may have to cancel your order and refund your payment. * Restocking fees: Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, including all brass and woodwind mouthpieces; see full product listing for details. Items returned without all items shipped (including original packaging, power cords, or other packaged accessories), may be charged a 10% restocking fee.

** Special order items, harmonicas, woodwind reeds, and microphones are not eligible for return. Additionally, software or print music that includes digital access codes are ineligible for return.

Initiating a Return:

If you need to initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] or call the Ernie Williamson location nearest you.

You have the option to return your merchandise directly to one of our retail stores or you can ship the item back to us at your cost. Please provide your name, phone number, and order number in an email to [email protected] and return the package with a copy of your original receipt.

Defective Merchandise:

It's possible that a product could have a manufacturing defect.

For products that have a manufacturer's warranty, we will handle repairs or exchanges of defective products for you either in-house or through our vendors. Restrictions may apply due to different manufacturers' warranty policies so it's best to call an Ernie Williamson Music sales associate to assist you with your claim.

You may also visit your nearest Ernie Williamson Music location in person if you prefer. All warranties are different, we are here to help you with your claim and provide repairs when necessary. Your happiness is our goal.
