Shipping
Most items will ship via UPS or USPS within 1-2 business days of cleared payment, Monday through Thursday. Shipping providers and services are chosen based on delivery times and current rates. Items may, or may not, have the original packaging.
Shipping timeframes are estimates, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If you need an order by a specific date, please reach out to our online sales team at websales@erniewilliamson.com.
Ernie Williamson is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer responsibility (including tarriffs, taxes, and other costs)
Refused shipments for any reason may result in additional charges that will become the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping promotions not applicable on all items, please reach out if you have questions about product eligibility. Free Shipping is only available on items shipping to the United States.
Cost estimates displayed on site reflect estimated shipping calculations available on the 3rd party carrier sites. Some items may be eligible for reduced shipping rates; if you feel that the price displayed at checkout is inaccurate, please reach out to our online sales team at websales@erniewilliamson.com and we would be happy to review shipping charges and adjust accordingly.
In the event that shipping charges are undercalculated additional shipping charges may apply. Ernie Williamson will never charge your card more than the agreed amount, but we reserve the right to cancel orders if the cost of shipping an item is exhorbitant.
Cancel or Change Order
The quickest way to change or cancel an order is to call us during open hours at one of the numbers listed below and be ready to provide all information pertaining to your order. It's best to cancel orders prior to shipment if at all possible to avoid possible shipping fees. If you are unable to call us, please email websales@erniewilliamson.com with the subject line "Change Order" and to provide us with your name, phone number, and order number.
