This 30" Remo Renaissance Hazy Timpani head with Low Profile Steel inserts boasts a warm, dark, focused sound with full-range projection. Combining the look and feel of calfskin with superb tonality and consistency. 

Low-Profile insert rings are the latest improvement accommodating all models of timpani. They are twice as thick offering more rigidity and strength to the flesh hoop and making it easier to tune the drum ? leveling it off as well as improving the projection. The low-profile steel insert ring is anodized preventing any rust for the life of the head.
