CUTS THROUGH EVERYTHING: the Meinl Synthetic Percussion Block picks up where wood blocks leave off in volume; it produces a hollow knock sound like a traditional wood block but with more projection
WHY IT MATTERS: it's a sure bet it'll be heard playing live on a drum kit with your band, and the block cuts through other high volume percussion instruments like timbales
ONE BIG THING: comes with a 3/8" eye bolt mount that fits percussion rods or cymbal stands, and there are three mounting spots available; just unscrew the mount to change position (back, left, or right side)
OF NOTE: this block is perfect for marking tempo during marching band warm ups and rehearsal; its strong projection can carry throughout a football field
DRIVING THE SOUND: we use a high density, ultra-durable synthetic material to deliver bright sound with minimal overtones, and it's molded with a port for resonance; each block is sized for a specific pitch (choose from high, medium, and low pitch)
