The standard in school drum heads for decades, Remo TI-2300-00, 23" standard hazy timpani heads have a bright, clear sound. Hazy film heads are often preferred for their warmth of sound and precise articulation. This is the ideal head for all general purpose applications. Remo Standard timpani heads do not have insert rings.
